Tom Hammer has been a principal of Rowe Architects since 1977. Tom serves as the firm’s Technical Director and as a Principal in Charge on the firm’s historic preservation work. His design and management experience encompasses the full range of the firm’s project history.
As the firm’s Technical Director, Tom has overall responsibility for the Construction Document and Construction Administration phases of all the firm’s projects. Tom is a LEED Accredited Professional whose expertise is in historic rehabilitation and in the technical aspects of architecture and the building envelope. Tom’s advanced business education (MBA) also enables him to provide critical input into project budgeting and cost control monitoring.
